OPTIMIZE THE TENSION OF YOUR SHADE SAIL WITH THE HIGH-END TECPLAST KVL TENSION KIT!
Ideal for triangular, rectangular or square sails, this shade sail tension kit guarantees you a reliable, solid and durable installation.
Designed and manufactured in Italy, this kit consists of two 12 mm stainless steel turnbuckles and two 80 mm stainless steel carabiners , offering great robustness and excellent corrosion resistance. For triangular shade sails, with their three angles and the four attachment options provided by the kit (two turnbuckles and two carabiners), you have the freedom to choose the configuration best suited to your installation for optimal adjustment.
Designed for both professionals and individuals, this kit combines reliability, aesthetics, and manufacturing quality. It is compatible with most shade sails on the market.
NB: The elements necessary for fixing to the supports (walls, masts, posts, rafters, etc.), such as hooks, dowels or screws, are not included in this shade sail tension kit.
TIPS FOR ATTACHING AND USE
- Have a solid foundation : First of all, you must choose solid anchor points. A shade sail is subject to high tension, especially in strong winds or rain. It is therefore essential to use sturdy anchor points, such as concrete walls, steel poles, rafters, or solid metal structures.
- The importance of the slope : To allow rainwater to drain naturally, it is advisable to ensure a slope of at least 20%. This will prevent water pockets from forming and will protect the sail from possible deformation and tearing.
- Optimal tension : The turnbuckles allow you to regularly adjust the tension to avoid premature wear and optimize the lifespan of your shade sail.
- Precautions : In case of severe weather, it is imperative to remove your shade sail. Although it is designed to withstand rainy periods, it is recommended to remove it to preserve it as long as possible. The same applies during periods of strong winds and snowfall, for example. BÂCHES DIRECT declines all responsibility in the event of damage related to weather events.
