This 2x8 m tarpaulin is undoubtedly one of the most aesthetic and qualitative privacy screen tarpaulins on the current market! Made from PVC, this high-end 2x8 m privacy screen tarpaulin is very robust due to its unrivaled mechanical resistance linked to its material. Its heavy weight gives it great strength and grants it two essential roles: being a real privacy screen, completely opaque and obscuring, and also being a formidable wind screen, very resistant to blows, winds and squalls.


It has a 5% Anti-UV treatment allowing it to benefit from very significant protection against UV rays. OUR FIXING AND USE ADVICE:


This TECPLAST 506BV 8x2 m privacy screen tarpaulin is designed to last at least 5 years, but its lifespan is based on the impeccable quality of its installation. To prevent tearing of the eyelets or tearing of the canvas, here are our recommendations:


  • The tarpaulin must be well stretched and tilted to avoid wind resistance and water pockets.
  • We recommend the use of professional quality 9 mm diameter bungee cord.
  • To determine the length of bungee cord needed to secure your tarpaulin, simply calculate the periphery of your tarpaulin, and add 20%.
  • For large dimensions (beyond 40 square meters), it is recommended to nail battens to the tarpaulin, or to pass steel cables above and below to reinforce its support.
